- The Aethos frame has been designed with the perfect combination of ultimate ride feel, light weight, and style—from accelerating up steep pitches and descending technical descents, to all-day saddle comfort on even the longest coffee rides, the Aethos hits the mark. By reinventing the traditional road shape found on bikes of the past, we’ve subtly altered these shapes to deliver massive gains in stiffness and balance, all without affecting weight or durability. Comfortable and thick mat that’s great for workouts at home

I picked up this Amazon Basics extra thick exercise mat for home workouts, and it’s been a solid addition. The thickness is the first thing you notice—it provides good cushioning, especially for exercises where you’re on your knees, elbows, or back.
The surface has enough grip to keep you from slipping during most movements, whether you're doing stretching, core work, or basic workouts. It also stays in place pretty well on the floor without sliding around too much.
